Martyn Perryman b 1963 works from his studio next to the woods of Bookham common as well as working from a home he has in a converted sail loft in St Ives Cornwall. He has a First Class Hon degree in fine art from Wimbledon college of art. He regularly takes part in exhibitions including the Royal Society of Marine Artists at the Mall Galleries, London


Martyn paints Sea and landscapes in oils, inviting the viewer to look more closely, creating a contemplative and relaxed state of mind. This is achievable when experiencing the distant horizon.
