Helen's designs are developed from her travel photographs, found objects or sometimes from the way a fabric behaves in her hands. She works with both hand and machine stitching using a wide range of threads on space-dyed and recycled fabrics to create wall hangings, framed embroideries, bags, scarves, cushions and a range of small items.
