Eric Barfield SFA

Portrait Artist. Photographer.

Open Studio 2014 As a portrait painter, I want to get to know you, and through that knowing, your being is rendered by me onto the canvas.
My art is about:
♠ Relationships.
♠ The possibility of knowing someone.
♠ The emotional connections between us.
♠ Our partners, family, friends and colleagues.
♠ Unconditional, reciprocated or unrequited love.
♠ Our quiet moments of introspection.
♠ The analysed life, observed, drawn and photographed.

Curiosity. Chance. Journey. Sensual. Beauty. Human. Emotion. Essence. Giving. Receiving. Nurture. Grace. Entropy. Knowing. Love. Life!
