Since leaving Art College in the mid 70's I have always painted and been involved in Art and Design education, most recently as Head of Art at Reigate College. My painting is landscape based. I enjoy the texture and feel of oil paint and apply it with a palette knife on either board or paper. I have always been interested in photography and used my photographs as source material for my paintings. Recently though I have returned to the darkroom to produce traditional photographs as prints in their own right.
