It all started with a little bag I did for my daughter when she was tiny. When I realised that there was no end to the possible combinations of fabrics and shapes, I had to keep making some more and not just bags! At the end, it's all about fabrics. Not just the making of the object but also the pleasure in choosing the fabrics and putting them together. Appliqué is one of my favourite technique and I like using recycled materials wherever I can as well as working with small scraps of fabric. Very little gets thrown away in my workshop.
