Painter / Portrait Artist
Works include portraits and figure-paintings, seascapes, landscapes & still-life studies. Strong figurative elements combined with impressionistic surroundings in watercolour, oils, pastel, acrylics, inks, pencil & charcoal. I am a tutor/demonstrator and also the founder of Pirbright Art Club. I run Art Holidays in Cornwall & France and outdoor painting days throughout the summer, as well as regular classes in term-time. Teaching art to adults means I am constantly thinking of new ideas and these help inspire my own work!
