One artist from each registered studio should sign the Agreement Form (pdf) and post it, with their payment, to Surrey Arts (Caroline Jackman, Open Studios Coordinator, Surrey Arts, 1st Floor, Westfield School, Bonsey Lane, Woking, GU22 9PR) if they have not already done so.
