Planning your Open Studio visits

search for an artist

It is very easy to plan your visits. Studios are spread throughout the eleven districts in Surrey. All of the participating artists have been grouped in the boroughs in which their studios are located. There is a map which shows which studios are open on a given date. You can search the site by the name of an artist or group, by the medium they work in, or by the brochure number they have. You can also find out which studios are open any particular date.

To get a taster of the work on view, some boroughs offer a preview exhibition. This is where the artists group together, and display either an example of each of their work, or a presentation of their art practice.

Some artists are offering workshops for the public. These are very popular and participants gain much enjoyment from them. Do be sure to book your places.

Studios open 11am - 5pm unless otherwise stated.

Late night openings on Thursdays 6pm - 8.30pm.

The days on which a studio is open are clearly highlighted.
